Fashion for Life, SL’s longest-running and most successful fashion fair. All donations go to SL Relay for Life, benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Running March 12-22 across 9 sims, this year’s theme will be “Beyond Black and White,”embodying the spirit of cancer survivors everywhere as they find hope rising out of the dark diagnosis of cancer. Spread over the sims will be over 180 stores with a hunt and gatcha areas, all with the goal of raising funds for the American Cancer Society. Fashion for Life will feature the best designers from around the globe.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraising event of the American Cancer Society. The Relay For Life of Second Life is the largest, most successful fundraising event in the virtual world, raising more than $876,500 since its first event in 2004.

Individuals who are willing to give their time and energy to this exciting event, as a volunteer or participant, have made a commitment to fight back against this disease and to let the community know that you can beat cancer, and together we will fight to find a cure.

Today I wanted to explore our Second Life a bit. I was in a mood for a casual outfit and finally got this super cute ensemble from DKNY called "DCNY Charli White".

The DCNY Charli Outfit is a great racer back tank, and a breezy long skirt covered in a delicate floral pattern, and a DCNY Signature hip belt. Available in 6 colors.

In the background you can see a part of the new opened BOSL Country Club (121, 129, 51). It was one of my destinations today... ;o)

The elegant setting of the BOSL Country Club was designed by Patch Thibaud on a full sim with a connecting dance club The Warehouse, also designed by Thibaud, on an adjacent full sim. The uniquely beautiful settings are perfect for weddings and events, and can be booked by contacting Giano Umberto in world.

2. Write in a notecard with your own words: Why do u want to become fresh face and tell us a little about your experience, skills, education or your hobby - can be SL/RL.

3. Add (drag from your inventory to notecard) 2 (two) pictures of yourself - 1 face and 1 full body. Photoshopped pictures are encouraged but not mandatory.

4. Teleport to FresH and at the landing point you will find a "contest" dropbox - drag the notecard on it.

Contest rules:

1.You must wear clothes from ALEIDA and Fab.Pony brands and show the best out of them and mix with these brands are not permitted.

2. You are permitted to enter both ALEIDA and Fab.Pony if desired but you cannot win both.

3. You must join ALEIDA group if you want to enter ALEIDA contest.
